Woven in our Rabat-Salé workshops by Amazigh (Berber) artisans, each piece carries the quiet confidence of a craft passed down through generations at the loom. The design alternates warm terracotta and rust-orange bands with soft natural cream, curving into wide mid-century arches. Because the coloured pile stands proud of the low flat-woven channels, the arches catch the light and read almost like a framed textile laid across your floor. No two rugs are identical: the hand-spun, small-batch dyed wool gives the terracotta a living, slightly uneven warmth that a machine could never copy. Craftsmanship sits at the heart of every Zarabify rug. The wool is hand-spun, hand-dyed in small batches and knotted by hand, one knot at a time, with the pale ivory bands left in their natural, undyed colour. The result is a plush shag pile that feels like walking on clouds while the low cream flat-weave keeps the pattern crisp. Styling is easy. A yearly deep clean by a wool specialist keeps the colours vivid. A little initial shedding is normal for a high-pile shag and settles quickly.
