It draws on the Beni Ourain tradition of the Middle Atlas and is produced today in the El Abbassi family workshops of Morocco's Rabat-Sale region, where the piece is built on the loom by hand. Three earth tones are layered into a cascading diamond lattice, each shape outlined in crisp ivory. Muted taupe and greige form the ground, while mustard-yellow and deep navy-indigo diamonds bring warmth and contrast.
