Skilled Amazigh (Berber) artisans tie every knot by hand on an upright loom at roughly 10 to 16 knots per square inch, then the finished carpet is washed and sun-dried before it ever leaves the workshop. This is genuine handmade craftsmanship, not a printed or machine-made imitation. The design is a calm, graphic stripe: fine slate blue and ivory bands frame rust and apricot shapes, giving you a restrained palette that still feels warm and alive. Woven from 100% natural Moroccan wool, the shag pile stands about 2 cm high and is wonderfully soft underfoot, while hand-braided ivory tassels finish both ends. Because each piece is made by hand, expect charming variations in spacing and colour saturation that make your rug one of a kind.
